So far, I've managed to fit in one workout this week. That would be my Sunday workout. On that day, I was happy that I woke up early to go to the gym and I remember I felt annoyed by some of the bummer news (murder, kidnappings, parolees on the loose) on TV. It was messing with my endorphins. ; )
Here's the rundown:
Lifted weights - Legs & arms
Treadmill - 10 min
StairMaster - 20 min
StairMill - 5 min
Here's hoping that I get another workout in by next week.
